In accordance with part 4 of the Securities Market Act 1988 I disclose the following direct and indirect interests which could possibly have some relevance in providing investment advice to you.

1. Managing Director, Founder, Shareholder and Joint Settlor of the Trust that co-owns The Money People Ltd.

2. Director & Shareholder in Investment Link (NZ) Ltd and ILSC NZ Ltd. [No remuneration is received for directorship].

3. Peter writes regularly (weekly) for the Sunday Star Times Newspaper (question and answer column) and also for Investigate Magazine (monthly). He receives no remuneration for providing these services.

4. From time to time Peter is asked to write articles for other publications.

5. From time to time Peter is asked to supply market commentary for a range of media suppliers. These have (at times) included television, radio and various print media such as newspapers and magazines.
